VOTE ON RACING BILLS NEXT WEDNESDAY. Albany. N. Y-. March 26.— By unanimous con-Rent the senate has made the two anti-race track betting bills a special order for discussion iu the Committee of the Whole next Wednesday morning. It is expected that the test vote will take place on elimination of the amendment made by the Senate Codes Committee to defer the operation of the bill until September 1, thus exempting the major part of. this summers racing schedules.
