MATERIAL FOR THE AMATEUR CUP. New York. May 25. — One of the popular specials on the Westchester Ilacing Associations calendar is the Amateur Cup. a selling race, at one mil., for three vear .ids and over, for gentlemen ride.-. The race is scheduled for Thursday and the probable starters Include Richard Carmans Mark Antctiv II.. the Chelsea Stables Aster dOr. C. R. Fleischinanns Footpad, F. A. Foisythes Moorish King. John M.r alls King Sol. Harry Payne Whitneys County Fair and Harry Vinguts Xedliin. Aster dOr. which has won BeTerai times under gentlemen riders, will be piloted by either Jtaha Tucker of Philadelphia or bis younger brother. Lvans. bath of whom are rated as skillful riders. Mark Antony II. will be ridden by Richard Carman. Jr.. and Mr. Flcisehmahaa younger brother will have a leg over Footpad. No riders have been engaged for Moorish King. King Sol. Ned liiu and County Fair, but there is an abundance of available material. Lee Fvans and Dion Keir of Warreiiton. Frank Neer of Dclanlaine. Va.; Rebert Tucker. Thomas Wright and Ceorge Nicholas of Baltimore, and Antelo Devereaux of Philadelphia arc all in riding condition and available.
