DETAILS OF SUIT" AGAINST H. G. BEDWELL. Cincinnati, O.. July 7. Mrs. Elizabeth Fischer, who has brought suit against II. G., Bedwell for 0,000 for alleged slander, is the wife of a hardware dealer in Latonia. Soon after his arrival at Latonia Bedwell sought a boarding place for himself and wife, but encountered diltkulty in lindlngr a suitable place. He met the Fischers and told them of his trouble in getting located. They volunteered to take him and Mrs. Bedwell during the meeting, although they ran no boarding house. According to Mrs. Fischer, things ran smoothly until last week, when, following a dispute over a trivial matter, Bedwell. in the presence of witnesses, according to the allegation set forth in the petition, denounced her as a "no account woman." and said other things derogatory to her character.
