JAMES BUTLER TO BUILD NEW TRACK. New York, July S. James Russell Soley. counsel for James Butlers Empire City Racing Association and District Attorney WInslow of Yonkers were visitors at Sheepshead Bay today. Mr. Soley said their presence had no special significance. "However, I may as well announce that in the event that racing is on the sure foundations now claimed for it, and we have reasonable assurances that the sport will be protected and allowed to .continue unmolested under present conditions. Mr: Butler intends to build the greatest and best appointed race course in the United States on the present site of the Yonkers track In the near future."
