Scams, away badly, trailed far back to the stretch, then linished fast and can do better. Hildas Sister... well up early, quit and ran a bad race. Kentucky Beau was sent along from the start, made the early running by a wide gap and. when overhauled at the end of the first mile, saved ten lengths at the Liverpool, then drew out again and was never headed afterwards. Touchwood ran in nearest pursuit and drew out in the second mile, but was carried hopelessly wide at the Liverpool by Selectus and could not quite get up again. O. K. trailed far back in the early slages and closed a gap at the end. Essex II. was well up for a mile and a half. Alamausor, prominent in the early running, failed to stay. Helen Shea finished well. Selectus. prominent for a mile and a half, carried Reginald out on the first turn and caused him to bolt, then did the same to Touchwood on the second round and tired at the end.
