Fitz Herbert and other fast thoroughbreds, is defendant in a suit brought bv Theodore Severin, to recover 0,000 damages for injuries In-received when, he alleges, Jlr. Hildreth assaulted him.. In the papers originally tiled damage was set at ,000, but yesterday application was made to Judge Stapleton of the Supreme Court to increase the amount to 0,000. Severin says that while making alterations to Hildreths home in Neck Road. Sheepshcad Hay, the turfman kicked him, Injuring his breastbone and causing partial paralysis. A general denial has been entered by Hildreth.
