JACKSONVILLE GRANDSTAND BURNED. "Detroit. Mich.. August 2. F. J. Pons, president of the Florida State Fair and Agricultural Association, who Is visiting here, received word this morning from Jacksonville that the grandstand at Mon-creif Park had been destroyed by lire. Arrangements were at once entered into for the erection of a commodious steel structure, which will lie completed in ample time for the opening on Thanksgiving day.
