ANOTHER TRACK NEAR CINCINNATI. Detroit, Mich.. August 2. From reliable sources comes information that a new track In Kentucky, close to Cincinnati, is In contemplation. There Is already a hiilf-mile track on the proposed site, which it is ulanm-d to extend into a mile oval. A. meeting of short duration may lie held late this fall over the half-mile track, and a spring meeting oC ten days next year is said to be a certainty.
