The other publication, IU copying it, erred over all the prices. J. P. OWL, London, Out.: In the absence of acr curate knowledge of what may have been done in other racing countries, .it is incorrect to use the term "Worlds record" hi connection with races in this country and Canada. "American" record is correct and meets all requirements.
