RACING BILL FOR ALABAMA. Lexington, Ky., April S. A telegram from Mobile to Col. Milton Young brought the tidings that the Alabama Senate passed a racing bill today by a vole of sixteen to four. The news was received with much satisfaction by horsemen here. They take it to mean that there will be racing nt Mobile and Birmingham and possibly Montgomery next winter.
