IDAHO GRANDSTAND TO SEAT 4,700. Spokane, Wash.. May 9. Work has been started on the stand at the Conor dAleno Fair and Racing Associations new track near Post Falls, Idaho, ami the track lias been entirely enclosed. The grandstand will be 250 feet long, seventy feet wide and thirty-two feet high to the eaves. It will have a seating capacity of 4,700. The plans include a row of boxes all along in front, twenty-four of them, each to accommodate eight persons; a mezzanine room for women: a restaurant and lunch room; lavatories and toilets, kitchen, area for betting, etc.
