NEW JOCKEY CLUB AT MOUNT ROYAL. Montreal. Que., June 29. — The London Jockey Club, Montreals newest racing organization, will race at the Mount Koyal Clubs plant from July 24 to July 31. it was announced this morning. It was further added that the London Jockey Club was purchasing the Back River Jockey Clubs plant outright. This is the latest bombshell in the local racing world and is almost certain to precipitate a court action. Kempton Park has claimed the same dates as those announced by the London Club and Manager Sam llolman last night made a firm declara- . lion that he would seek the aid of the law to prevent a second meeting being held at Mount Royal. The same declaration came from the Delorimier Park management yesterday, but since then, it is understood, the north end track has decided to race from July 10 to July 23. instead of the dates which it originally planned to take, July 21 to SB, thus removing at least one of the complications. In the meantime, in the race date war, there is Maisonneuve to be considered and until the present tangle over the east side track is straightened out, the much troubled owners hardly know where they are at. _
