INTERNATIONAL AMENITIES AT TIJUANA. For three days recently in San Diego, Cal., there was held a friendship fiesta between two countries. The United States military and civil authorities of both states participated. Sunday the Mexicans reciprocated and their Governor, Esteban Cantu. gave a barbecue for 5.000 or more Americans, and a special lunch for 500 of the prominent people of Southern California. The only place capable of holding the crowds was the race track and the tables were laid in the betting ring, with Mexican and United States flags entwined. This was the first time American flags were ever displayed in Lower California.
