OPPOSITION TO LICENSE FOR BOWIE Baltimore, Md., September S. The Rev. Dr. W. W. Davis, executive secretary of the Anti-Racetrack Gambling Association of Maryland, has addressed the following letter to Summerfield I. Hall, clerk of the Circuit court of Prince Georges county: "As it will be necessary under the decision of the Court of Appeals for the Bowie racetrack management to secure a license from the judges of your court before they can have betting at their fall meeting, I am writing to ask you to notify me immediately on their filing their application with you for tliis license. We shall want to be represented at the hearing that we may, if possible, secure an adverse decision from the court."
