HA MIL TON RA CING ST A TISTICS TOTAL OF 1,820 DISTRIBUTED DURING THE SECOND MEETING OF THE HAMILTON JOCKEY CLUB J. W. SCHORR LEADS THE WINNING OWNERS The second meeting of the Hamilton Jockey Club came to an end Saturday, July 7, after the usual seven days of racing permitted upder Canadian laws. A total of S71.820 was distributed in stakes and purses among the horsemen participating in. the meeting, the daily average distribution amounting to 0,257. There were twenty-eight owners who won ,000 or more each, with J. W. Schorr heading the list with ,740 to Ids credit. J. R. Skinker. E.T. ZollicoEfer, J. K. L. Ross and J. Arthur were among the other owners who fared well. In every respect the meeting just closed was the most successful ever held at Hamilton.
