MEETING OF HORSE ASSOCIATION . LEXINGTON, Ky., October 30. Charles H. Derryinan, vice-president of the Thoroughbred Horse AspejtIon, acting in the absence of President Hal Price Heudley. who is en route to Europe, today issued the following: "A special meeting of members of the Thoroughbred Horse Association is hereby called to be held at 8 oclock p. m. Wednesday; November 3, at the Seelbach Hotel in Louisville, Ky., for the purpose of considering proposuls ns-to purse rules and other matters incidental to racing at the winter tracks Fair Grounds, New Orleans; Oriental Park, Havana, Cuba; Tijuana. Mexico sind for consideration of all other matters which may come properly before the" meeting, including discussion of questions that may have arisen incidental to the. Jefferson Park, meeting since the meeting of members cf the Thoroughbred Horse Association at Cincinnati, O., October 21. A full attiuiawce of the membership is desired."
