MILITARY RACE FOR BOWIE MEETING BALTIMORE. Md., October 30. Colonels Stanley Koch and Charles L. Scott and Major A. A. Ceder-wald of the Remount Service of the United States army will arrange the conditions of a military race in which officers of the regular establishment will ride in uniform, for the fall meeting of the Southern Maryland Agricultural Association, which will run at Prince George Park; Bowie, through the last fortnight of November and be marked by a distribution among horsemen of between ,500 and 0,000 daily for fifteen days. Colonel Koch, who was the last chief of Remount Service of the A. E. F. in France, and Colonel Scott are both skillful horsemen and they will have mounts in the race. ,
