October 301 The Saratoga Racing Association, which Is constantly on the alert in the matter of improving its property, lias secured the last portion of the triangle bounded by Union, Lincoln and Nelson avenues ami when the season of 1921 is inaugurated the unsightly shacks which were an- eyesore for so many years I near the entrance will have disappeared It is the intention of the management to improve the tract until it will be in perfect harmony with the balance of the lovely plant.
