Orpen that the check for Man o Wars winnings at Kenllworth Park, . when he defeated Sir Barton, October 12, had been mailed from Toronto, -Tuesday, to .Mr, S. D. Riddle, Glen Riddle, Pa. Mr. Orpen said the delay, if there was any, was caused by the bank at Toronto figuring the rate of exchange between Canada and the United States. Mr. Orpen says that Mr. Riddle was paid the, equivalent, of 5,000 United States money npd has probably,, received the, check hy this time.
