CURRENT NOTES OF THE TURF Work is said to be progressing satisfactorily at Tanforan and everything will be in thorough readiness a month before the winter meeting is scheduled to begin. A carload of horses was shipped from Hamilton to Connaught Park, Ottawa, made up of the consignments of J. F. Hynes, P. Ciceri, E. A. Gleason and M. Perosset.
