Grayson at Benning. a Also Preparing Thorough hreds of Samuel lioss and F. R. Hitchcock for Partiripa- tion In Coming Havre Racing. • When Hea was only beaten a head by Pillory in the runninR of the Preakness at Pimlieo last spring Frank Keogh, who rode him, insisted that he should have been the S winner. Later when the colt was broughl over to New York Keogh proclaimed him as 1 possibly the best three-year-old of the year, but Keogh had ridden Morvieh as a two-year-.old and he was not willing to admit h« could beat the son of Itur.nymede. He was a bit off in his estimate of Morvuh, but h has reason for his exalted opinion of Ilea. This four-year-old son of Sea King and Ballyshe is one of the stars of Admiral Cary Graysons Salubria Stable that W. P. Burch wintered at the old Banning track As usual Mr, Burch is ably assisted by William Brooks and besides those he is training for Admiral Qrnjmoa he has several that will race for Samuel Boss, as well as one for Francis It. Hitchcock and one ol his own. horses t;oi G avei.l. The horses have been doing exceedingly well at the old course of the Washington Jockey Club and several of them will be ready for the early offerings in Maryland. My Own is the star three-year-old of the stable and it is probable that he will be brought to the pest in the Preakness as his first big engagement. There are few juveniles in the establish- merit, but they are likely look;ng ones. The old favorites will all come back and of these the mare Knot, though she is in training. was bred to GnoOM before being sent to the training stable. Following is the W. P.
