QUEBEC RACING BODY MEETS Changes in Rules Discussed, but Matter of Arranging Dates Is Not Taken Up. MONTREAL. Que.. April 14.— The adoption Of a set of rules, similar to those of the Canadian Racing Associations, was one of the principal matters dejlt with at the meeting of the Quebec Bleeders and Racing Association held here this week. Discussion of the plans for the various meetings at the courses under the jurisdiction of the association also took place, while the question of arranging dates was not taken up or discussed. This matter was left over until a later meeting, which will likely be next week. No change will be made in the dates already announced.
