RESTORE JOCKEY LICENSES Coltiletti, Yeargin and Claver Reinstated by Jockey Club — Approve Claiming Change. NEW YORK. X. Y.. April 14.— At a recent meeting of the stewards of the Jockey Club, three riders who have been under the ban for van ing periods were restored to good standing when licenses were granted them. These were F. Coltilettti. whose license was revoked at New Orleans a year ago ; G. Year-gin, who lost his papers as a result of and bad race at Saratoga in 1921 ; and A. Claver, who has not enjoyed a Jockey Club license for several years. License applications approved by the license committee were passed upon by the stewards, but a complete list is not yet available. Trainers were also granted papers. The amendments to the claiming rule aa recommended by a special committee were approved by the stewards. These will now be forwarded to the New York State liacing Commission for approval and when this is forthcoming the stewards of the Jocke Club will fix a date for placing them in effect on metropolitan courses.
