TO IMPROVE HAMILTON TRACK Club Plans to Make Changes Modeled After the Saratoga Course. HAMILTON, Ont, Oct. 30. Secretary A. R. Loudon, of Hamilton Jockey Club, announces that the club will make extensive improvements to its course before the opening next spring. In the infield, immediately in front of the stands, a miniature lake will be built, with an ornate fountain playing in the center. "With artistic flower beds, shrubs and foliage, it is intended to have the track similar to the infield garden at the Saratoga course.
