I DENY DECLARING OFF THE HAVANA MEETING BALTIMORE, Md., Oct. 30. James Milton denied the rumor, which originated in Chicago and spread here, that the meeting at Havana, Cuba, had been declared, off. Mr. Milton further stated that an announcement would be made tomorrow in reference to the proposed Cuban meeting. F. J. Bruen, general manager of the Cuban track, will arrive in Baltimore to confer with horsemen in a short while.
