JUMPER DANDY DESTROYED BALTIMORE, lid., Nov. 8. The steeplechaser Dandy, which wrenched the ankle of his off hind leg in yesterdays jumping raco at Pimlico, was destroyed. The tendons and I ligaments were all tarn and his case was a hopeless one.
