W. MARTINS WINTER PLANS BALTIMORE, Md., Nov. 8. Willie Martin, -who gavo up the horses of P. Christopher at the conclusion of the Thorncliffe meeting, will take over jockey Langs book at New Orleans during the winter. His plans are to take a public stable at the Crescent City course. Martin will act as patrol judge at the Marlboro meeting next week before going south.
