GERMAN TURF IN BAD WAY LOUISVILLE, Ky., Nov. 8. Al Muller, , well known in racing circles, was an arrival 1 today after a trip to Germany. He stated 1 that racing in Germany, in keeping with other conditions there, is much on the down i grade, Mr. Muller plans to remain here : for the remainder of the meeting before returning to his home in New Orleans.
