1 c k ■ at ° ° RIOT AT FRENCH TRACK RARTS, France, May 14.— Racegoers at Le Tiemblay, enraged because a race was declared official despite the fact that four horses including the favorite had been left the post, swarmed up on the track today, burned the starting gate and the starters Hags and erected a blazing barrier over the course. The police were unable to establish order and the meeting was cancelled.
