STARMATIA came on the outside through the stretch and finished fastest of all. IRISH BE1J.E set a good pace, but tired in the stretch drive. KIRKF1ELD ran fairly well. LOLLIPOP moved up with a rush midway of the second turn of the field and, taking the lead, otttgamed NOMIS. The latter came fast around the final turn and was held safe at the end. CAVENDISH set a fast pace and tired, his rider losing a stirrup between the seventh and eighth jump. IRISH plil.AM jumped well, but tan out persistently. TQ/IQfi THIRD RACE— 3-4 Mile.
