WINDSORS MONDAY FEATURE WINDSOR, Ont, August 23. The tenth renewal of the D and C Purse at tlie AVindsor Jockey Club on Monday has attracted the : customary field of fast sprinters. D and C day is one of the biggest days of the summer meeting at the old Jockey Club course. Society turns out in a conspicuous manner, ths , club house verandahs being well occupied on this occasion.
