The latter, also away well, raced in closest and game pursuit, but lost ground coming wide into the stretch. MARK MASTER began slowly and was far back for the tirst quarter, but came fast in the stretch only to be cut off slightly when going fastest. DANGEK1LLO came with a rush in the last eighth. BILLY STAR raced forwardly for the entire race and stayed gamely in the final drive. PLUCKY ran a good race. TIP TOE INN is in poor form and was soundly beaten through the entire race. PRINCESS DOREEN moved up with a rush after going a half mile, but had to come wide into the stretch and met some interference on the last turn, but came steadily in the last eighth and was running gamely at the end. HOPELESS had no mishaps and ran a good race. RED WINGFIELD sulked and was done after going three-quarters. THE RUNT quit "badly after being close up for three-quarters. BILL OFLYNN showed the most speed to the last eighth and, finishing gamely when ridden hard, outstayed MARIONETTE. The latter forced a fast pace from the start, but began tiring in the last eighth.
