BLUE BONNETS IMPROVED MONTREAL, Que., Sept. 15. The improvements made at Blue Bonnets by the Montreal Jockey Club since its last meeting were commented upon favorably by the public. Blue Bonnets now has a modern and up-to-date mutuel plant It extends from the grand stand up the stretch and is three hundred feet in length. It affords protection in bad weather and one can witness an unobstructed view of the races from the lower bleachers. The course never looked prettier than it does now.
