WISE COUNSELLOR COMING LATONIA, Ky., Sept 15. Col. M. J. Wynn was advised by wire today that John S. Ward would arrive at Latonia after the running of the Second International Special at Aqueduct, with his stable of fourteen horses headed by Wise Counsellor, winner of the First International Special at Belmont. Mr. Ward also stated that he fully expected to start Wise Counsellor in the International Special No. 3., to be run at Laonia, Ocober 11. Worhmcre, another star in the same stable, will be a starter in the rich Latonia Championship Stakes to feature the closing days racing at Latonia.
