I GUY GARNERS BIG DAY SPECIAL CABLEGRAM. PARIS, France, Sept 15. The fall opening at Longchamps yesterday gave Guy Garner, the American rider, a chance to score a triple and run away with the riding honors of the big d:?y. One of the horses which he rode was Uganda, which scored in the Prix Royal Oak. Transvaal, the winner of the Grand Prix de Paris, finished last in this event.
