JOCKEY HEUPEL SUSPENDED LOUISVILLE, Ky., Nov. 5. For using foul language after dismounting a horse on Monday and subsequent Impudence to the pnicials, jockey J. Ileupel was suspended for the remainder of the meeting. He did not come to the track Tuesday, but upon his reappearance today he was rebuked by the towards and notified of his suspension.
