MICHAEL QUINN IS DEAD LOUISVILLE. Ky., April 14.— A telegram was received at the Downs announcing the * death in Kansas City on Sunday of Michael Quinn. retired wholesale grocery man of that t city and a former haWM owner. Mr. Quinn n was 55 years old. He raftered a stroke of f ! paralysis about a year ago, from which he 8 ; never fully recovered. John Reed, now connected wih the stable e I of Harm d Bros. and Jones, used to train for r; j Mr. Quir.n, and among the horses that bore e I the Quinn colors to many "victories were Bo-| nanza, Omond, Gourmand and McYey. Over I Fire, which raced here lat year, was the e ; last horse owned by Mr. Quinn.
