I I W. B. FINNEGAN RESIGNS LOUISVILLE. Ky.. April 14.— Word was received here that W. B. Finnegan, who recently took charge of the James Butler stable at Tarrytown, N. Y., has resigned his position and was on his way to Louisville. He has a couple of horses of his own at Douglas Park, including the mare Ivy F., a winner at Havaniia last winter. »
