AI.LE ;HAN began well, but was taken back on the first turn and ridden wide into the stretch, then finished gamely under hard rid ng and wore JACK KNIGHT down in the last seventy yards. JACK KNIGHT raced forwardly for the entire race and finished well. Bit; SWEEP ran a good race on the turns, but raced wide. MASSILION liegan tiring in the last eighth after showing the most early s-pecd. ORATOR raced well. N1NK SIXTY was forced back soon after the start.
