AKRONS SECOND MEETING AKRON. Ohio, June 13. — Arrangements are being made by the Akron Racing Association for its second meeting of the year, which will be held June 22 to July 4, inclusively, at the beautiful new Northampton Park. The Akron meeting will be without competition in this section of the country, with the result that plenty of horses will be available. Leonard, well known official of Kentucky and New York state tracks, will lie presiding judge at the Northampton meeting. s
