HOUYHNHNM was saved under restraint and moved up rapidly when coming to the last jump, but came through on the inside and was sharply shut off. forcing him to be taken up. OYSTER BED raced well, but tired in the fnal half mile. HANDSOME stumbled after taking the sixth jump and unseated his rider. SANS PECnE fell at the fifth jump, where CONINGSBY lost his rider.
