Faber. secretary and general manager of the Ohio State Jockey Club, which controls Maple Heights track announced on his return to the city that he had virtually completed all arrangements incidental to the opening of the annual spring meeting at Maple Heights. The balance of the book will be made as near as is possible to suit the horses on the grounds. Messers Joseph A Murphy and John T. Ireland will he in charge of the racing department and will alternate on the closing and opening days at Beulah Iark and Maple Heights respectively.
