| I : j j ; | i JOCKEY KELSAY IMPROVING NKW YORK. 1ST. Y.. April 22.- Jockey W. Kelsay. who suffered a broken kneecap at Tijuana on March 2, arrived Sunday from the coast. The injured member is still in a cast, and Kelsay is forced to hobble around with the aid of two canes. Doctors hold out hopes that he will be able to start exercising horses in the next three weeks. Kelsay is under contract to the G. A. Cochran sta-1 ble and, due to the accident, was forced to forego the mount on the English-brad Car-| laris in the Tijuana Derby and Coffroth Handicap. ============
