COMMISSIONS REPORT READY LBXINGTON, Ky.. April 22. The Li.cns ■ committee finished its work this afternoon at two oclock but the report will not go to the public until it has been approved by chairman Thomas A. Combs, of the state lacing commission, the members of the committee are maintaining discreet silence until chairman Combs directs publications of the report, which may not be until bite today. Meanwhile it can be said without fear that some of the riders who sought licenses have been denitd.
