OHIO STATE DERBY BLANKS CLEVELAND. Ohio. Jan. 19.— The Ohio State Jockey Club, operating the Maple Heights track here, made the following announcement : "We have received a number of entries for the Ohio State Derby to be run July LS made out on the blanks issued for the Derby ; scheduled for our May meeting. In view j of the Met that new lilinks were printed for the July tt race, this is official notice that all entries made in proper form on the May blanks have been entered on our books and will be recognized as regular in every respect"
