CANTER FOR DWYER STAKES NEW YORK. N. Y . June 19.— After the running of the first race Harry Rites brought out J. E. Griffiths Canter :ind gave him a gallop of a mile in 1:41%, pulling him up at the mile and an eighth in 1 :57. Clarence Turner bad the mount and it was an impressive move. The fractions were :25%, ;iOVfc. 1 :1G%. 1:41.. This is a part of the preparation of the son of Wild Air and Virginia E. for his «ngag rneiit in the Owyer Stakes, the big mile arid a half three-year-old prize of the Aqueduct meeting. I
