AQUEDUCT TURF NOTES NEW TORK, N. Y., June 19. Starter Mars Cassidy suspended G. Arnold and F. Stevens for five days for disobedience at the barrier. Tobias Tompkins, who underwent an operation on his eyes some time ago, is reported doing well and will be discharged from the hospital in a few days. James W. Wadsworth was a distinguished visitor of the day. Colonel Wadsworth, his eldest son, was his companion. Arthur B. Hancock, of the Ellerslie and Claiborne Stud, was a visitor. He promises to take in some New York racing. John E. Madden claimed Chara out of the first race for ,800. Jimmy Rowe, who did not saddle a stake winner for Harry Payne Whitney all year had a field day at Aqueduct for Wichmount won the Hudson Stakes and Macaw tne Queen s County Handicap. In each the light blue, brown cap was always in front though in the Hudson Witchmount carried second colors.
