GOLD MEDAL TO PETERNEL BOWIE, Md.. April 15.— Jockey R. Peternel won the gold medal which general manager James F. OHare of the Bowie Association offered to the rider piloting the most winners at the meeting. Church and Workman tied for second honors, with five each.
