v TULSA MEETING OFFICIALS Tulsa, Oklahoma is a thriving and wealthy young city, with an enterprising populace ready to be entertained, and amply able and willing to pay for its amusements. This being the case, there is no apparent reason why its c iming race meeting shouid not thrive in the sunlight of popular approval and patronage. This meeting is slated to ben in on Thursday, May 12, and continue for thirty racing days. H. E. Springer, a wealthy oil man, who raced horses for a number of years over the Vancouver track, will be the general manager of this meeting and the other officials are: . W. 1rimrose, presiding judge and Steward; "lint Da Witt, associate judge and steward ; C. D. Stevens, starter ; Frank Otis, assistant secretary. •
