Won driving; second and third the same. EVA MAY worked her way up next to the inner rail in the stretch and got np to win in the last strides. CYCLOPEAN showed much early speed and raced into the lead, but tired slightly in the final drive. HONEY LOU set a fast pace and was taken back, then came again on the outside in the last sixteenth and finished gamely. PANZAN finished well. LORNA DOONE ran well to the stretch, but tired when called on for a final effort. OIANAII. shuffled back after the start, closed up much ground and ran a good raee. SUMMER TIME tired when challenged in the stretch after showing the- most early speed. RLENNERHASSKTT and CAVE WOMAN both tired bacily after Bs4ag well in the early running. PEARL BOOTS began slowly, but came fast through the last quarter and finished gamely outside of the winner. MISSISSIPPI raced close up and held third place safe in the stretch. SLATE set the early pace, but quit after going the first half mile. CANO tired. Scratched— 12427 Wilmer the Wizard, IOC. Overweight — Cano. IVi pounds.
